Esau Bautista Art

I am a charcoal, graphite, and digital artist studying illustration at California State University of Fullerton. My work consist a distinctive style, being very detailed, and exploring this contrasting balance: light and dark. Every drawing provides me with the prospect to generate a work of art that demonstrates both magnificence and enduring. Within my progress I like to be very precise when drawing from portraits to cartoons. I was inspired by Chuck Close's graphite and charcoal drawings, his work gave me ideas on making my own observations into my own work. Each portion in my drawing must be in faultless harmony with the overall composition for me to consider it successful. The end result of knowing I created something exceptional or new is one of the greatest motivators.
